As a division of Century Group, a privately-owned real estate development company based in BC, Barbican has over 25 years of experience in trusted, quality property management services.

Who is Barbican Property Management?

Barbican Property Management is owned by Century Group, a prominent real estate developer in business for more than 50 years, who own and operate dozens of operating properties in the Metro Vancouver region. President Sean Hodgins employs a team of 15+ professionals who provide complete property management services. Lisa Biggin, General Manager and Managing Broker, leads the Barbican Property Management team as a long-standing professional licencee with over 15 years of experience in property management, commercial sales and leasing. 

What is a ‘Barbican’?

A Barbican is a symbol of a secure and safe entryway to your home or place of business. It is based on a 15th century architectural feature common in castles and city gates that protected residents and shopkeepers from trespassers. Today, this symbol represents our commitment to protect and maintain the properties we manage over the long term.

Barbican maintains membership in and is certified by the Real Estate Institute of Canada and a licensed property manager under the Real Estate Council of BC

Barbican maintains membership in other professional associations, including local boards of trade and chambers of commerce, as well as IREMBoMA and other associations for real estate and property management.
