Developed by Century Group, Citypoint is comprised of two sister towers of 21 and 25 storeys with 452 homes contemporary living space. Citypoint has a total of ten rental apartments, seven in Tower 1 and three in Tower 2.

Suites include engineered hardwood flooring and in-suite hot water radiant heating (included in your rent).

Kitchens include a five-piece Energy Star appliance package, including dishwasher, fridge, and stove with oven. Suites also include washer/dryer, and window blinds. Building amenities include a shared park space, and social areas for barbecues and get-togethers.

Each suite has a designated parking stall* and two on-site Modo car-sharing network vehicles available on P1 (the first in partnership with a development in Surrey). Citypoint also has it’s own small retail centre (five units) with food and services on the ground level.

Citypoint is a secure building with fob access for each floor, and a access code for visitors. Pets and smoking are not allowed as per strata bylaws.

Citypoint is the largest LEED certified residential project in BC (Canada Green Building Council: LEED Canada Silver for New Construction Certification awarded 19 January 2011). Based on measuring the built-in energy-efficient technologies, LEED reporting indicates Citypoint shows a 37% energy savings per year. Citypoint also offsets the carbon footprint of energy production with a green power purchase agreement for 927,694 kWh, which is equal to 50% of the total regulated energy use of the building for two years.
