Storage Unit Features

Our Tsawwassen self-storage units are located in convenient locations and provide affordable storage options for anyone who needs a little more space to store their belongings.

Each of our three self-storage facilities has multiple unit sizes so you can choose the best space for your needs. You can check sizes and pricing on our Rate Card.

We have a dolly and ladder at each facility. Tenants must supply their own locks—short hasp padlocks are recommended. 

Lighting is provided by timer switches located near the entrances. Please note that units are unheated and there are no electrical plugs or power sources in the facilities.

All of our facilities have wide, well-lit corridors so you can easily maneuver when loading and unloading your unit. Tsawwassen Self-Storage also has one wide two-sided elevator.

Each of our three facilities has ample street parking directly in front of the building. Each building has a dolly available for your convenience. Tenants are responsible to move their own belongings into and out of the unit.

Our storage facilities are professionally cleaned and our facilities team does routine walkthroughs to ensure that the property is clean and well maintained.

All rates are by the calendar month. We accept multiple forms of payment – pre-authorized payments and cheques.

All of our tenants sign a month-to-month license agreement with a one-month minimum rental. We require written notice when you plan to leave your unit. You can also email your notice to storage@barbicanpm.ca

Our facilities are secure and conveniently accessible using key fobs.

All three of our facilities are open seven days a week, from 7am to 9pm, including holidays. 

You can report a lost fob or forgotten access code to the manager by calling 604.424.9977 (Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm) or 604.424.8276 (evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Our facilities are secure and conveniently accessible using key fobs. The facilities are monitored by CCTV cameras. We still recommend that all tenants get contents insurance, and regularly check on their units.
