Our Story

A barbican is a fortified entryway used in 15th-century castles and city gates. It was designed to offer extra protection from trespassers for residents and shopkeepers. Its inclusion in the Barbican Property Management name symbolizes our commitment to earning your confidence in our secure, high-quality and well-maintained apartment homes and office or commercial spaces.

As a division of Century Group, a privately-owned real estate development company based in BC, we have developed in-depth expertise in meeting the needs of our tenants over the past 60 plus years. As our property portfolio has grown, so has our reputation as a landlord that prioritizes the needs of tenants and commits to their success and wellbeing through its management of rental properties.
