Storage Unit Features

Our Tsawwassen self-storage units are conveniently located and provide flexible, affordable storage solutions for anyone needing extra space.

Whether you’re decluttering your home, storing seasonal items, or keeping business inventory safe, our units make it easy to organize and protect your belongings.

All three of our self-storage facilities offer a range of unit sizes, allowing you to select the space that best suits your needs. Please take a look at our Rate Card for detailed sizes and pricing.

Each facility is equipped with a dolly and ladder for your convenience. Tenants are responsible for providing their own locks, and we recommend using short hasp padlocks.

Lighting is controlled by timer switches located near the entrances. Please note that units are unheated and do not include electrical outlets or power sources.

All of our facilities feature wide, well-lit corridors, making it easy to move your belongings in and out of your unit. At Tsawwassen Self-Storage, a spacious two-sided elevator is also available for added convenience.

Each location offers ample street parking right in front of the building. Dollies are provided at every facility, but tenants are responsible for transporting their own items to and from their units.

Our storage facilities are professionally cleaned, and our team conducts regular walkthroughs to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.

All rates are charged by the calendar month and vary depending on unit size and location. We accept multiple forms of payment, including pre-authorized payments and cheques. For detailed pricing, please refer to our Rate Card.

Tenants sign a month-to-month license agreement with a minimum rental of one month. Written notice is required when you plan to vacate your unit, and notices can also be sent by email to storage@barbicanpm.ca.

All three of our locations are open seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., including holidays.

If you lose your fob or forget your access code, please get in touch with the manager at 604.424.9977 (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) or 604.424.8276 (evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Our facilities are secure and easy to access with key fobs, and CCTV cameras help keep everything monitored. For added peace of mind, we recommend tenants have contents insurance and check on their units regularly.
